If you are appointing an in-house lawyer, first of all there should be sufficient work for him; secondly his remuneration should be affordable to your company.
Unique Business Model
Here we present a unique business model for you by which you can reduce your legal cost considerably.
Ø If you need an attorney’s service for any legal service, then we shall do the said work for you( than providing you the legal advice or appearing in the court which a registered lawyer of your jurisdiction alone can do) we would charge you only 25 USD per hour, so instead of 200 or 400 USD per hour being charged by a local attorney, amounting to a total bill of 1000- 2000 USD for drafting an agreement or document, you can get it done by us by spending mere 100-250 USD.
Ø If you still feel the work is complex and you need to get it confirmed through your lawyer, if it is a work of 10 billable hours, if you go directly to him he would charge you 2000 to 2500 USD for 10 billable hours work. Instead if you ask us to prepare a draft, we shall do it for 250 USD, then you approach your lawyer with that draft to check the conformity, for a billable labor by him for one hour, so that your total expenditure shall be only 500 USD.
Ø If you have an in-House department, still you can benefit from our services, you can reduce the number of staff in your in-house department by outsourcing your legal works to our virtual in-house counsel, for which you may have to pay only ¼ of your own counsel
